SERVICE-CENTER
At the ServiceCenter, non-profit organizations can obtain information and advice on all topics related to volunteer work. Based on real needs, we offer a comprehensive range of training courses through the BürgerKolleg on topics such as association law, finance, insurance, volunteer management, recruiting young talent, and much more. These courses are free of charge for volunteers.
We also provide non-profit organizations with a spacious and modern venue for their meetings, work sessions, lectures, workshops, and gatherings.

Consulting for nonprofit organizations
We offer consultation hours at our service center for associations, initiatives, and foundations.
1. Advice from the service center: We are your first point of contact for all matters and questions relating to volunteer work in non-profit organizations. We provide individual advice, further information on your topic, and refer you to experts.
2. Association consulting: In cooperation with Engagement-Lotsen, we offer personal consultations or workshops on all aspects of association life. We support you on your way to founding your non-profit organization or accompany you in developing and implementing your own solutions to problems.
3. Foundation consulting: If you are interested in establishing a foundation, a trust foundation, or an endowment fund, we would be happy to advise you.

Room booking for non-profit organizations
Whether for board meetings, planning meetings, or workshops: as a non-profit organization, you can book our seminar room at foundations’s building, Michelsberg 6 free of charge for your work meetings.
To the online booking
The Wiesbaden Foundation provides the ServiceCenter with approximately 70 m² of space on the ground floor of its building at Michelsberg 6. This space consists of a seminar room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a barrier-free restroom. Access to the building is also barrier-free. The seminar room is equipped with modern presentation technology and can seat up to 26 people.
The room is provided exclusively for meetings, work meetings, lectures, workshops, and gatherings.

Room booking procedure
- After submitting your room booking request using the form below, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.
- We will review your application and, if approved, send you a reservation confirmation by email. You will receive a request for payment of the deposit. We will also send you the user agreement by email. Please sign and return this to us as soon as possible (by email to rita.marsmann@die-wiesbaden-stiftung.de or by post: Wiesbaden Stiftung, Michelsberg 6, 65183 Wiesbaden).
- The agreement to use the property becomes valid once we have received the signed usage agreement and the deposit.
Deposit
A deposit of EUR 150 is required. This will be refunded after the room has been inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition. If damage has been caused during use, the amount necessary to repair it will be deducted from the deposit and retained or invoiced.
Cancellation of room booking:
The user may cancel this usage agreement up to 2 working days before the agreed date of use. Any later cancellation or no-show will be noted, and if this happens twice, the user will be blocked from using the room for a reasonable period of time.

– Please come to your appointment with no more than one other person. Feel free to bring your documents and specific questions with you to your appointments. The more specific your questions are, the more effectively we can advise/support you.
